He founded the Khmer Wikipedia and is an Ambassador of the Open Knowledge Foundation in Cambodia. Vantharith has been contributing to the discussion on the PPMM Facebook group and had virtually attended the meet-ups in the past.

** Mishari has been on the internet for 20 years now and from the beginning he has seen the potential to use the internet as a tool to bring power to the hands of individuals. For the 20 years he has dabbled in opensource technologies that empowers and protects the masses and in doing so has displayed a strong tendency to break things and (sometimes) re-assemble them better than before. His current obsessions involve openstreetmaps and arduinos. This session will be Mishari’s first at the PPMM.

Please mark your calendar for Tuesday, August 27. We are looking forward to a cozy meet-up and a rich discussion.
